Contacting Brian was easy and it became immediately apparent how nowledgeable he was and is on all things SME. Without exaggerating, on opening the box the arm had all the appearance of being brand new, bright, shiny, and beautiful! It was duly refitted its home our newly refurbished JA Michel fluid reference turntable. It has been used almost daily since, giving us a lot of pleasure.

He kindly talked me through dismantling the tonearm, which I had never done before. The re-wiring was carried out and the tonearm securely returned quickly. Very impressed an would recommend.

Brian installed a RCA termination on my SME 3012 Series 2 and did a fantastic job. He also adjusted the bearing to reduce play and supplied a new tonearm cable. I appreciate his conservative approach to restoration by keeping things close to factory specification. He is able to work on the older SME tonearms which the manufacturer will no longer service. Very highly recommended!
